Ryker Gronseth's Senior Portraits

Ryker Gronseth's Senior Portraits
Ryker you stud.  You are such an easy going & nice young man.  It was fun to see you relax and ease into your portrait session.  Your personality is pleasing to be around!

Ryker is a senior at Centralia High School in Centralia, WA.  Ryker traveled all the way up here to Bonney Lake to take his senior portraits.  This was just the first session of two.  We are planning on doing a second session in Centralia to capture some of his home town settings and colors.
Thank you Ryker for being such an amazing guy.  I enjoyed our first session together and am looking forward to the second.

Wix Family Portraits

Wix Family Portraits
Tuesday Evening the 1st of November at sunset.  Jason, Sarah & Clayton Wix smiled, clapped and danced for the camera.  Through the shivering and chattering of teeth they made some amazingly beautiful memories to last a life time.
The sun set very quickly and light became hard to get.  Yet we still managed to grab all the portraits we wanted.  And now the Wix's can look back on these portraits for many years to come and remember these memories.  What a family!!!

Thank you Jason, Sarah & Clayton.  Your memories will make me smile for years to come too.

Kaitlin Plunkett's Senior Portraits

Portrait by: Timothy Dehnert Photography
Kaitlin Plunkett - Senior Portraits

On this 90 degree Saturday,  Kaitlin Plunkett was being photographed for her senior portraits.  Kaitlin, who is attending Bonney Lake High School was a fantastic model for this shoot.  She worked well with Israel & I, in doing all we asked of her and being very relaxed.

Our session started on the cool shores of Lake Tapps.  And I mean cool!  There was a very nice breeze, water to dip your feet in and cool grass.  All of these where wonderful in making our session smooth and relaxing.  Kaitlin did a wonderful job.  She is a great example of making a photographers job easy.

Following our time spent at the lake, we decided we would conclude our session in Down Town Buckley. As soon as we got into the car I realized how terribly HOT it was.  By the time we got into our shoot in Buckley, we where seeking shade to cool off.  But amazingly this bright eyed young lady never got overwhelmed.  Kaitlin did amazing.
Thank you Kaitlin for your great smiles, your great attitude and your fun personality.

We hope the pictures bring you smiles for a life-time.

Best Regards,
Timothy Dehnert

Event Photography

Portrait by: Timothy Dehnert Photography
Event Photography:

Event photography can be a beautiful but crazy time flying moment.  Keeping ahead of the changing scenes and proceedings can be challenging at best.  Planning and preparing for events are necessities. Planning and preparing gets you comfort and organization.  An unplanned and unorganized service or professional will not be useful or productive.  You will spend most of your time chasing your tail in circles like a dog instead of being sharp, on time and efficient.  This would be very unbusinesslike and ineffective.

Capturing the Moments and Making Memories
Not missing special moments.  Not getting in the way of them too is always a struggle.  As any event photographer or anyone who offers event services knows.  You need to be in touch.  You need to know or get to know the people that are working in the crazy moment with you.  The event coordinator(s), DJ's, caterers, family, friends and anyone else that can help you and themselves stay ahead of the happenings.  You can help each-other be aware and efficient as to give your customers the best in service you can possibly give.  By capturing the moments and making memories.
